Big Game Hunting in Namibia

Hunt Elephant, Buffalo and Leopard in Namibia

Hunting the Caprivi in Namibia

The Caprivi is one of the last remaining free-roaming areas and is considered by many as the most beautiful region in Namibia. The hunting areas cover different habitats like grass plains with Acacia trees, lush woodland forests, dense Mopane bush as well as flood plains. This is our prime region for hunting Buffalo, Elephant, Lion and Hippo in Namibia.

In the Caprivi we are working with two partners who have access to some of the best hunting concessions in north Namibia. Two of the concessions are situated on the banks of the Chobe River and neighbors the Chobe National Park located in Botswana. More than 20 species of plains game and the Big Five promise a safari you will never forget. Elephants, Cape Buffalo, Nile Crocodile and Hippopotamus are spread out in large numbers. Due to the size and landscape of this region areas are scouted both by hunting vehicles and boats. Plains game species you can hunt here are the Sitatunga, Burchells Zebra, Greater Kudu, Common Impala, Black Wildebeest, Spotted Hyena and Lechwe.

The authentic safari-style tented camps of our wilderness areas in the Caprivi are especially favored by our guests, complimented by luxurious lodges in our private concessions. Excellent meals in camp are carefully prepared by our cooks and catering wherever possible to special dietary requests. A well-stocked bar provides a good selection of available wines and spirits. Commercial flights are available to Mpacha airport in Katima Millilo or alternatively a 3 hours charter flight.
